Hello, I have seen this problem before. This happens if you had Ornatrix installed for a certain version of Max, but then you uninstalled that version of Max and installed another without uninstalling Ornatrix. However, the problem can be something else. Please follow the instructions found HERE to help us debug the issue. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.) | |

You should uninstall your old Ornatrix first. Do you have Ornatrix in Windows Apps & Features list? If not, then it would be hard to uninstall it "the normal way". I'd suggest using some registry cleaner or uninstaller tool that can remove installed software. If yes, it should be uninstalled from there. But given that it only supported older 3ds Max versions that you no longer have installed, it won't work unless we simulate that you have one. To do that, follow these steps: * Double-click the file SimulateMax2016.reg that I have attached here to import it into the registry * Create the directory C:\Autodesk\3ds Max 2016\ * Uninstall Ornatrix from Apps & Features list in Windows settings. It should work now. * Delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\3dsMax\18.0 key from registry * Delete the C:\Autodesk\3ds Max 2016\ directory
