Summary

Hi,
I formated my computer. I released my license from the system through the web licenses.

Re-install the license. In the web states as Assigned licenses.
But when I try create an ornatrix hair. It still requesting the license and does not work.

That happens with my firewall enable and fully disable (Kaspersky)
