Defect: "The specified module could not be found. (Ornatrix)

Problem

Description:

Hi there! This is my first time Ornatrix for Maya 2023 so bear with me :)
For some reason whenever I try to use a tool from the Ornatrix shelf, this sort of error pops up but for every single tool

// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Ephere/OrnatrixMaya2023/scripts/Autoload/OxLoadPlugin.mel line 7: The specified module could not be found. (Ornatrix)

I've tried reinstalling Maya 2023, as well as Ornatrix itself and using the repair function on its installer, but to no avail

I've also tried reinstalling Visual C++ Redist Packages for VS2013 as well as VS 2015 runtime but the errors still seem to be there

This error also seems to occur when opening Ornatrix.mll via Dependency Walker

Steps to Reproduce:

Install Maya, install Ornatrix, load plugins, press any tool in the Ornatrix shelf
