Description: | I have been emailing support but have had zero replies. These are cut from my emails. We've just subscribed a monthly version of Ornatrix to add to our permanent licence. I can see on the licencing page that we have two licences but we are only able to check out one of them via the online licensing system. The second one we just brought doesnt seem to distribute to our workstation. i vaguely remember this happening the last time around and you had to reset something on your end but im not 100% sure. ok this seems super flakey. <div data-removefontsize="true" data-originalcomputedfontsize="16">This is after reinstalling, trying to activate via your online server, FAIL trying to activate via installing local server FAIL, then success when trying to activate via your online server again directly after ?? can i have any help with this ? <div> this morning our second licence wont check out again. To clarify we never had any issues when we just had one licence. Each machine could use it and transferring it from machine to machine was easy </div> </div> |
Steps to Reproduce: | ok this seems super flakey but These are the steps we have to continually make to use the second licence. This is after reinstalling, trying to activate via your online server = FAIL. trying to activate via installing local server = FAIL. then success when trying to activate via your online server again directly after ?? Please advise |
