Description: | Not sure if this is intentional or not, but after creating hairs with HairFromMeshStrips, then grounding the hairs to a distribution mesh, changes to the HairFromMeshStrips parameter don't propagate properly unless I click "Ground Strands" again. It's not critical, but it seems strange. Also, reloading the scene causes hairs to be out of position again until I click "Ground Strands" again. |
Steps to Reproduce: | 1. Create a sphere and 1 or more plane strips. 2. Select planes and assign HairFromMeshStrips. 3. Add a GroundStands node and set the sphere as the distribution mesh and click "Ground Strands." 4. Select HairFromMeshStrips and modify View Percentage or Hairs Per Strip. The hairs go all wacky and out of position, but clicking "Ground Strands" again fixes it. Additonally, saving the scene and reloading it again causes hairs to be out of position until "Ground Strands" is applied. |
