Hi,

This is drivin my nuts:) I've painted a small white dot on a plane using vertex paint and in the distribution channel I've added this map from pulldown as you can see in the image. Still the guides from mesh apear to be growing on the whole surface and will nog not comform to only the painted distribution map.

There are guideshapes generated from the painted texturemap as you see in the image to.Am I doing something completly wrong here?? Or is this something that's not working as it suposes to?

PS: The same thing applies when using a painted texture in the distributionmap.
