| Description: | The Render Point Count slider in the Detail Node has no effect on the rendered hairs. The View Point Count slider affects both viewport and rendered hairs. Using Redshift, if that makes a difference. |
| Steps to Reproduce: | Create GuidesFromCurves node. Use GroundStrands node to ground strands to mesh. Add a detail node. Render the hair to see how it looks. Increase the Render Point Count slider in the Detail node. Rerender the hair. The change in the Detail Node has no effect on the rendered hairs. |
