Description: | When I use 2 shaders to 1 mesh and starting Ornatrix the selection of objects are slowing down and increasing if i duplicating objects or having other meshes with 2 shaders applied, the slow selection appearing only with this type of meshes, other objects selecting normal. Ornatrix v2.0.3.13147, tested Maya 2016 and 2017 |
Steps to Reproduce: | 1. restart maya, don't open Ornatrix panel. in hypershade create 2 shaders 2. create any mesh object, for example sphere 3. assign 1st shader to object 4. switch to polygon component type selection, select few polygons and assign 2nd shader 5. duplicate object 100-200 times, try to select any of these objects (the selection is fast) 6. start Ornatrix operator stack panel and try to select any of objects with 2 shaders - selection time will be very long, if you will increase amount of these objects the selection time will increase too 7. try to create new object, but use only 1 shader (the selection time will be normal) |
