Defect: presets and dynamic

Problem

Description:	Hi, I have a question about hair dynamics . must of ornatrix tutorials is about how to model hairs , and I can't find my answer and I have to give your time again, sorry. I want to know how can I set the dynamic setting so that the hair don't move a lot , I mean I just want down of the hairs have a bit movement . not all the hairs . Thanks
