Problem

Description:

When clicking the "EditGuides" tab in the Operator Stack,  inside the property editor, the menu with all the tools will flash on screen and then disappear after one second.  The only thing left is the edit guides shape field with a presets button after it.  Everything below that is blank/gray.  

All other tabs in the operator stack have menus that stay on screen.  Am I doing something wrong in the workflow?

Hello,

That sounds strange... What version of Ornatrix and Maya are you using? Are you on Windows, Mac or Linux?

I have restarted my machine and used a clean file.  When I click on Edit Guides on the Operators Stack, all the editing tools appear for a brief second and then the only menus that are visible to me:

common material properties, bump normal mapping, advanced material properties, Ray tracing

I am looking in tutorials on youtube now, if there is anything special that I am supposed to do before I can edit guides and I cannot find anything like this in the videos.  Thanks for all your help.

Hi,

This sounds like a bug but I can't reproduce this on any version of Ornatrix or Maya. How do you installed Ornatrix, using the automatic installer or the manuall install?

I used the automatic installer.  Perhaps I can try uninstalling the plug-in and doing a fresh re-install.  I will let you know what happens.
