| this is the main issue for me. i have a secondary issue which is that my hair sometimes changes (i am rendering, maya crashes, continuing render, etc) and when i pick up frames the hair occasionally jumps. im guessing there is some kind of workflow where i should be baking for batch render like xgen so this probably isnt really a bug so much a user issue. if you can point me in the right direction for this workflow that would be nice! by far the most important issue is motion blur though. the fact that xgen and redshift motion blur wouldnt work together correctly for me was actually the reason i bought ornatrix to begin with :P |
| I see... I fix the hair jumping issue, make sure you use Remember Roots Positions in HairFromGuides operator. The issue with the Motion Blur was fixed last year, this seems to be a regression with new versions of Redshift. Don't worry, this will be fixed. I will keep you posted. | Any update on redshift motion blur? I just had to deliver a job rendered with no motion blur , was not a hugh issue in this cae but it will be a big problem for us if it is not fixed ASAP!! |
