Summary

Hi,

We've recently purchased Ornatrix for Maya and we are running into a problem.

I’m having an issue getting a plugin to load properly in Maya 2017 or Maya 2018.

After installation, I launch Maya and open the plugin manager. You can see the Ornatrix plugin section, but when you click on load, I get the following error:

There’s a significant chance Maya will crash shortly after this pops up.

From what I've read, the plugin should prompt for license registration if it loads properly.

What I’ve tried:
I reinstalled VC 2015 redistributable
I deleted my Maya prefs for both 2017 and 2018, and replaced them with defaults.
And I even tried an old fashion restart.

We'd like to get started using Ornatrix as soon as possible.
