Ornatrix Maya: edit control points mode not working ornatrix

Im having a problem with ornatrix, I can use the comb tool on the guides but for some reason the edit control points mode isnt working, when i try and move the vertices it doesnt work they move back to the original position. Ive attached an image below. Attached Files:
