Ornatrix Maya: Ornatrix not rendering on redshift

hi, i just downloaded the latest demo version and it doesn't render with redshift, Arnold renders just fine. I asked on the redshift forum support and they have been unable to help me, any idea of what could be wrong? Jeordanis Figuereo	Hi, I tried with Maya 2018 and 2019, in Redshift 2 and 3 with the latest demo version of Ornatrix: As you can see it works correctly. Maybe this is an installation issue. granskog	already tried that and installing previous versions of redshift and ornatrix, really don't know whats going on, I need to buy the plug in for a work that I need to do, should I format my PC?

granskog	I just formated my computer clean and still doesn't work! this is reeeeally beyond me. I m gonna have to redo everything in xgen or something, please help.

Check if you have ornatrix_redshift.dll in C:\ProgramData\Redshift\Plugins\Maya\2019\nt-x86-64\extensions Sorry, but I think this is a file installation issue, formating your PC will not solve the problem. granskog	hi!, thanks for the answer. let me explain, i was sent a file that contains a ornatrix groom for a small work that i have to do, im testing ornatrix to see if it works so i can buy it at the studio that i work later. so far it doesnt work, i tried every version of redshift and ornatrix. the ornatrix_redshift.dll in C:\ProgramData\Redshift\Plugins\Maya\2019\nt-x86-64\extensions is present but not in the 2020 folder, there is just an xgen_ornatrix.dll file and nothing more, I'm using Maya 2020.1 i formated my pc yersterday and it didnt work, im using REDSHIFT 3.0.20 thats the exact build and your latest version of ornatrix demo. please where can i get that missing DLL file, can you upload it somewhere please? i have untill friday to solve this problem im getting desperate :(

granskog	i edited the pòst, the dll present in C:\ProgramData\Redshift\Plugins\Maya\2019\nt-x86-64\extensions but not in the 2020 folder, I'm using Maya 2020.1

The file ornatrix_redshift.dll is provided by the Redshift installer, not by us, so maybe they haven't included support for Ox in Redshift 3.0.20 yet (I have 3.0.10). If that's the case we can contact them and ask them to add support and include the file, but we'll have to wait for them to do so in a future version. granskog	hi, I tried copying the dll from 2019 to 2020 and it didn't work. reinstalling didn't work either, the dll file is still not present. I managed to get it to render on Maya 2018.7 so its defenetly that missing dll thats causing the problem, if I install redshift 3.0.10 it will have the missing dll ? at least I can get it to render on Maya 2018 thats a relief! thank you for your help il post o their forum about this dll thingy.
