UVs/textures changing after reopening Maya scene

Hello,
I'm having a problem with a few textures on my hair model. I'm using Mesh from Strands operator on top of my operator stack. There are also different Strand Groups assigned. When I save the scene and reopen it, several textures change their positions.
What could be a possible problem?

I'm sorry, just realized that there might be a problem with the hair guides (or roots), not the Mesh from Strands operator which generates my hair mesh .Is it possible that some guides change positions and each mesh assigned to them also moves? I will be grateful for your advice.
