Hello!
I am currently having issues with my hair sim, and especially near the roots. 
As you can see on this examples, the roots are behaving weird. there is a mojor stretching going on, and a lot of hair on the back is just getting inside of the head. 
It is most noticable here (all views fom above), when head is moving backwards, into original position, after "scream" animation.Capture1.PNG

As you can see hair seems to be lagging behind, and some massive stretching is going on at the roots. Granted head is moving faster at this moment.
