I have a problem with this computer has a preconceived license. I was using it without any problems until 2 hours ago. But after turning off and turning on the computer, this problem came up. I turned off all the firewalls, and didn't turn on any anti-virus programs. I tried two versions, version 3.0.6.24310 and version 2.5.4.25492, but both failed. (The version used so far is version 2.5.4.25492. There was no problem when the license was first purchased and version 3.1.0.25501 was executed.) I tried all the methods below while looking for a forum dealing with the same problem. https://ephere.com/docs/Moving_Licenses_Between_Computers.html https://ephere.com/docs/Uninstalling_License_Server.html https://ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/ornatrix/forums/general/thread_13511.html( I ran both cmd and license server manager with administrator privileges and there was no problem during the process.) https://ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/maya/ornatrix/licensing.html I have work to submit today, but this problem has come up so suddenly that I can't render it. I'm in a great hurry. I can't submit it as it is. I want a quick fix. |
| Hello, sorry to hear about this sudden issue. A few things to confirm: - Is the License Server Manager screenshot recent? Can you expand the project name field so we can see the full string?
- I assume the license dialog keeps popping up as you press "Connect"? What if you change the "127.0.0.1" field to "localhost" and try again?
- If you have an internet connection on your workstation, you can try uninstalling the license server and release the license online to try and see if online licensing will work.
- If all else fails, we can do a Teamviewer session within next few hours.

| Hello. Thank you for your quick answer. I tried number 1 and number 2 the way you told me. (I have attached two screenshots.) This alone won't solve the problem. Could you explain in more detail about number 3? I'm sorry I couldn't understand right away. Thank you. Attached Files: |
| Very strange that it's not working if it's all on the same computer. Can you just make sure you have Ornatrix V3 and not V2 installed? Regarding number 3, it means releasing the license online, uninstalling the license server manually, and just starting Maya/Ornatrix. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| Thank you for your explanation. Number 3 that explained also did not solve the problem. I re-downloaded version 3.0.6.24310 from the download page under the Ornatrix Maya V3. I tried to run Maya by deleting the existing Ornatrix, releasing the license online, and running cmd with administrator privileges, deleting the license server and installing the newly downloaded Ornatrix, but the same problem still repeated. (I tried to run Maya after deleting the license server without reinstalling Ornatrix, but this also failed.) I think my Ornatrix is V3 through this process. Please let me know if I have anything else to do. Thank you for your kindness. |
| Perhaps fastest way would be to try Teamviewer. If you can do it please email me the access codes: marsel.khadiyev at ephere.com Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| I'm sorry and embarrassed to ask you such a basic question. Can you tell me what access codes you are talking about? |
| No worries at all. If you download: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/ It will provide you codes for me to be able to access your computer. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| Thank you very much for your kind explanation! I will send you an email. Good luck to you. |
