Hi, if I create a braid and load it as a clump pattern it seems to work fine- however I do the same thing with hair generated from mesh strips- maya crashes, should this be possible ?

Have in mind that the hair from mesh strips needs to be grounded to a surface using Ground Strands node to be able to use Clump Patterns.
