Hi,
Our linux host that had an Ornatrix license, suddenly did not have a license anymore. I've tried reinstalling the plugin, which hasn't changed anything. What can I do to make sure that Ornatrix is completely gone, and how can I diagnose licensing issues?

Yes we are getting an error message, please see log below. I tried to load the plugin three times via the plug-in manager window. After the first time, I corrected the permissions so it had write access to /opt/Ephere* After the second I looked in the maya/modules directory and couldn't see a malformed filename, there was one in the home directory however. I deleted that and tried again.
In the script editor in maya I get: Error: file: /puk/apps/autodesk/maya_2019.2_Update/maya2019/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 317: No valid licenses to load the plugin (Ornatrix) //
Edit: There is a malformed file being generated when I open the plugin manager window. I'm working though whats causing it, and whether it's not helping this situation. It's worth noting that Ornatrix was licensed on this machine with this happening earlier though

The first thing to try is to uninstall the license server. After that, download it again from the download page(for your OS) and reinstall it. Let me know how it goes. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)

Reinstall just the license server? Or the main download?
Thanks | |
