issue.Hi

This isn't going well we have signed up for 2 licenses on a month by month basis before considering purcahsing longer licenses and so far we haven't been able to use either of these licenses because every time we start up 3ds we get this pop up.

Your own website says that a license has been installed to this machine, i have tried deleting the license from website / machine and going from scratch but still same issue, the service seems to be running if required.. all together not a good start ..

This started today? The connection to the central license server was interrupted a few minutes ago but it has been restored since. It should be working now.

What happens if you click Install License Server on this Computer?

thanks for your response, i have tried to just add as license server  i get the downloading, installing then a DOS window pop up, but then when it refreshes i get the same message as above..

The ephere service is running, have even tried restarting both machine and service in case.

"

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 207.148.26.232:39374

Authorization failed
This computer has a previously assigned license"

I have done this on the2nd computer, and now i can see on our licnnse page the 2nd machine showing, so it shows tha a license has been assigned to the machine, but still get this.....

i have tried to just add as license server

Are you trying to setup a floating license server for the licenses? Or you meant clicking the Install Licenser Server on this Computer?

In any case, the error could mean that something in your end is blocking the connection, preventing the license server from connecting to the internet. If that is the case, trying allowing the license server in your firewall or antivirus.

thanks for your response, i have tried the 'install license server' button, otpion, and the connect, I have passed over the IP:port no. to our infrastructure team to just check the rules, but from my viewing i dont see any traffic getting blocked in or out, but will get them to check incase i have missed something.

In terms of hte license these will only be 2 machines, so no need for floating will be dedicated machines running this software - Both machines are showing on your license page as having pinged to pick up license and they both acknowledge "computer has previously assigned license"

I see. First double check that nothing is blocking the license server.

Then release the license in your account, uninstall the license server,

and install it again and run Ornatrix inside Max.

Tried this but we get 400 responses from when it tries to download the license server. See attached image, this shows that it clealy gets to your site and 'calls home' but then fails to download, however in the URL its trying to get to you can see i highlighted an 'apostraphe' you cant have these in URLs

Try copy-pasting the download link from the console to your browser to download the file manually.
