I tried to contact support. Since there is no obvious support email, at least I could not find any, I had to use the web interface to contact the support. Well, this was suboptimal. First, sending the report did not work for some reason, a message popped up with a hint to a email address and disappeared again after a second or so what made it impossible to read completely. Next the entries I made disappeard after the failed send, so I had to write it several times until it finally could be sent.
Then... well nothing. There was no confirmation email, nothing at all, so I have no idea if my message ware recieved at all. I think this process could be improved a bit.
The problem was that the arnold procedural did not work as mentioned in the docs. Just in case you want to have a look:
