If you can provide the file we can use it for testing and fix anything in the plugin that is causing this inconsistency. Otherwise we can provide a temporary V3 license so you can load the file. Have in mind that we do not develop V3 anymore.
I think the first suggestion is the best option. Which will allow you to continue using V4 and its new features.
