I'm making fur on realistic animals, that are animated.
Problem is that guides along the UV seams keep flickering and I can't seem to work this out.
If I go at the very bottom of "guides form mesh" and change the unused attributes from "texture coordinate" to "1st edge", I don't get this problem anymore but then my hair does not grow evenly and doesn't seem to take the texture information on some parts. Creates like a checkerboard texture on the character, some fur showing white and some black in the viewport. In render, some fur appears darker and some lighter, following the same random chackerboard pattern.
Any help would be appareciated ...
