I saw directions where is display tag and eval tab?

 I am not seeing it in 3ds max. I jsut want to see 100 hairs in viewport and render millions in octane

Otoy Octane is capable of rendering Ornaitrx hair using its built-in hair primitive. To render Ornatrix hair with Octane:

1. Go to the Display tag of the hair object that you want to render,
2. Go to the Evaluation tab,
3. Enable Force Render Mode Evaluation and Display Strand Count Fraction.
