How to solve this problem? The hair does not refresh when I changed the pose to another.I have a scalp with wrap deform.

Yes! Playing or just scrubbing the timeline.
You have to change the evaluation mode to DG, parralel mode is not supported yet. Go to Windows - Settings - Preference - Animation.
