Hey, I did the update for the Ornatrix v1.2.3 for maya and it killed Arnold. Arnold won't render any of the hairs. The version of arnold I have is arnold core 4.2.16.3 (version prevoius to Arnold 5). It was working fine before the update. The update did say that is was arnold ver 5 compatible. Does that mean it's not arnold ver 4 compatible?
Ok I figured it out. I uninstalled the Ornatrix update and installed 1.2.2.10820 it works with Arnold 4. I'm guessing that the Ornatrix 1.2.3 only works with Arnorld 5. If I'm wrong please let me know.
You're right, as of 1.2.3 we're only supporting Arnold 5. The reason for this is that supporting both versions would just be too big of a pain so we had to pick one. Hope it wasn't too soon.
