Ornatrix Maya: Floating License or Node Locked

Hello, I'm asking this question because it's not located in the docs section of the site under Licensing where i'd normally find it. I'm assuming since I've not found any information that there is no option for Floating Licenses? Is Ornatrix only available as Node Locked? We are getting ready to purchase in the next day or so but we need these questions answered a bit better than the documentation explains. Thank you.

Can we just purchase a regular license and then install the floating license server and license without any additional purchases? Currently we have FlexLM and RLM license servers or do you use your own proprietary licensing server? Do we need to pay for that at all or is that free with the purchase of a standard license? We tried searching for a phone number to contact you guys but could not find any type of phone sales support - thank you for your help.
