I'm having some issues getting the hairs to follow the guides correctly as you can see in the screen grabs below. I've gone through the steps suggested in other posts including making sure that all the pivots match, that evaluation was set to DG, and all the transforms are frozen. Still no luck. Does anyone have other solutions?
