I'm using C4D S24 on a new iMac (M1 chip) OS 11.5.2 I purchased a subscription last night for a project I'm working on and have been frustrated not being able to get things off the ground. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps it could be an email issue. I have a copy of C4D thru my employer and it is registered under my work email. However Ornatrix is a personal purchase so I registered with my personal email. Does Ornatrix use email on file to verify C4D license/register a workstation? If it is an email issue, how can I change my email on file with Ornatrix?

Hi, If I understand correctly, you installed the plugin correctly and the license is working, but you don't see the plugin inside C4D. This could happen if you installed the plugin using the .zip archive instead of the .exe, or if your C4D version is not support by Ornatrix. Please try the .exe installer if you used the .zip archive(delete those files first). Also, check this list to verify if your C4D build is supported. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. Hi @jeordanis, thank you for the reply! I will look into those possibilitie. My understanding was that .exe files don't run on Macs?! As far as you know the email discrepancy between c4d and Ornatrix licenses shouldn't matter?

Ok, I figured it out! It looks like the Ornatrix plugin isn't built to run natively on the Apple M1 chip! So I have to run C4D using "Rosetta" to get it to work.
