Can someone help me out? I just downloaded Ornatrix for CrD and when I tried it on my guides to mesh, I can see the mesh but when I render view it, only the plane polygon is rendered. There is no hair visible. I am fairly new to this so please be gentle. I am using the latest C4D and I don't have special renderer (REDSHIFT, OCTANE, VRAY), I only have the default C4D render engine. | |

 | Hello, Welcome to the forum. The default renderer does not support Ornatrix hair natively. In this case the only way to render the hair is converting it to polygons adding Mesh from Strands at the end of the hair stack. For more information see Supported Render Engines. | Thanks for that Jeordanis, So if I don't have Red shift or any renderer, I won't see anything when I try to render view my hair object? I tried adding hair strands and I did see some hair in the preview... but once I render view it, I only see the polygon. Without the hair effect. Is there a way that I can see my progress without the specail renderers? |
