HI, This means something is preventing the license server from connecting to the internet. Please make sure your antivirus is not blocking the license server. Kasperky may have problems with the license server. If the problem persist you can try and offline installation. Follow the instructions found here. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. I often encountered a similar problem. My computer is connected to the router via a network cable and a similar error constantly popped up. But I noticed that there were no connection problems on my work laptop. At the same time, the laptop was connected to the router via Wi-Fi. I decided to check if the problem could be related to the connection via cable. And indeed, this is what happened. I connected to the router via a Wi-Fi adapter on my desktop computer and the problem with activating the license went away. Apparently, there was a conflict due to the connection ports. Maybe this experience will help someone. |
