Ornatrix v3 Beta License Problem

Hello, in my licenses I have "1 x Ornatrix Maya Commercial" which I released in order to use the v3 Beta. But when I eneble the plugin in Maya 2020, the window "Ephere Product Licensing" appears and then when I click on "connect" the window closes and appears again immediately, the same happens when I click on "Install License". The message in the window says: "This computer has a previously assigned license".

I'm using IP 127.0.0.1 and in the License Server Manager everything looks OK... I think, I will attach a screenshot of this.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Ornatrix as well as the License Server, but nothing changes.

Hope someone can help.

Hi,

You don't have to release your license to use the beta, but release license again and reinstalling the license server, then reinstall Ornatrix.

Before doing any of this make sure that your antivirus is not blocking the license server. You may need to add to the trusted list. Take a screenshot if you get any error during the process.

Hi Thank you for your reply.

I did what you mentioned again. Release the license, reinstall the license server and then reinstall Ornatrix. But the result is the same, when I try to load the plugin the "Ephere Product Licensing" window appears and none of the 2 options enable the plugin.

When uninstalling the server I got a message in the command prompt, I will attach an image. First it says "Successfully removed..." and then it says "Could not unisntall service". Maybe something is wrong there.

A bit more info about the problem.

I installed Maya 2017 and Ornatrix 1.3.4.13734. The plugin loads correctly and I can work with no issues.

Then I updated Ornatrix to the v3 Beta, open Maya 2017 again and then the "Ephere Product Licensing" window appears immediately. No matter what option I select, the window appears again.

Do you have a third party antivirus or firewall installed? Ox may have conflicts(a false positive ) with some of them. This might be preventing the license server from connecting to the internet.

No, I don't have antivirus or firewall installed. 

After a second look I found the problem. Only V2 license woners have access to V3 beta. To have access to the beta you have to request for access to the trial.
