I have a huge problem. it work like 2hours, but a lot of crash (due to octane i think).. so i try to unistall ornatrix because why not.. lol and rre-install it, but since i do that i don't see ornatrix anymore in C4D.... i try evrythink.. (install last version install demo, etc... but nothing work..) i''m on cinema 4d R23... can you help me please |

| Hello... today i try to install it on another computer to see if it can work but this time the license server say that i don't have enough license.. so i can't use it on different computer (even if on my master computer the plugin don't work at all)? i'm sorry but since i buy your plugin i think i use it only once because i always had a lot of problem.. can you help me please? Sorry but same, i still can't use it on my other computer, and i still can't see it on my main computer... you want me to create another ticket but the 1st one (can't use ornatrix) still my real problem. can we talk by email and find a solution? thank you.. i really need a solution, we own the plugin and need it for a project.

| Hi, This is what is happening. You have 1 license for Ornatrix Cinema 4D. This license is already assigned to RONIN161-JH. This is why it says: "you do not have enough licenses for this project" meaning that you do not have enough licenses remaning. So you will not be able to use Ornatrix in a second computer unless you release the license from RONIN161-JH first. The online licensing system that would allow you to use the license online and move it between computers like you expect is not implemented in C4D yet, only in Maya and Max. Now, you are getting this error in both computers, right? The license server gets stuck like this after a Windows update or when you change some hardware in your computer. It can also happen when you replace your modem. In this case you have to release your license and reinstall the license server. Instructions here.

And no, i don't have this error on my main computer, because like i say on my first message, i don't see the plugin when i open c4D. | Hi, If you don’t see the plugin in C4D it could be because ythe C4D version that you are Using is not compatible with Ox. Here are the minimum requirements. For R23 we are testing on R23.110. If you are using thr archive installation method, use the installer instead. If you get another crash with Octane send me the crash log and the scene, we will investigate. However Octane is not fully compatible yet. Regardless of our efforts we have not received much help from them. You may want to post about the crash on their forums as well.

| i have the r 23.008 and it work on my other computer (i have the license window when i start c4d) but not the main computer. the config is the same. maybe a cache or regedit stuff, i don't know.. even if i re-install the plugin, nothing happen. i'm sorry for this long thread, but i just want to use your plugin :) |
