Manually removing and adding Ornatrix menu to 3dsmax main menu 

If the Ornatrix menu is outdated, incorrect, or otherwise corrupted, you can re-create it using the following steps:

1. Open the MaxScript Listener window (Main menu->Scripting->Scripting Listener...)
2. In the opened listener window type: OxRemoveToolbar()
3. Close and reopen 3dsmax
4. Again, in the listener window type: OxAddToolbar()

The toolbar should be added and updated. If you don't see the toolbar you may need to restart 3dsmax again.
