License Types
For all our products we have two types of licenses: Perpetual and Rental .
Perpetual License
Perpetual licenses grant you lifetime access to the product without the need for renewals or subscriptions. This license applies to the current major version of the product. For example, if you purchase a perpetual license for Version 1 (V1), you will receive all updates for that version (e.g., V1.1, V1.2, V1.3, etc.) at no additional cost. You will also benefit from a substantial upgrade discount for any future versions of the same product (e.g., V2, V3, etc.). Major versions are typically released every one to three years.
Perpetual licenses can be acquired through our website or a reseller.
Rental License
Rental licenses allow you to use the product for a limited time at a significantly lower price than the perpetual license. During the active rental period, you will have access to any new minor or major versions of the product released.
To purchase a rental license, select the option that best suits your needs on the product's purchase page. Once the payment is processed, you can download and install the commercial version of the product. You have the option to use online licensing directly or to install a local license server.
The rental license will have an automatic expiration date that aligns with the end date of your rental payment. A grace period of 5 days is provided for you to renew the license. If you do not cancel your subscription, the renewal will occur automatically. Upon renewal, both the license server and online licensing will extend automatically for the next period. In some cases, reinstallation of the license server may be necessary, particularly for offline licenses.
Rental licenses must be purchased directly through our website and cannot be acquired through a reseller.
Canceling rental licenses
After purchasing a rental license, it will be automatically billed to your chosen payment method at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, every 6 months, or annually). To stop the license, you must manually cancel the recurring payments:
- If you used PayPal:
- Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the subscriptions page.
- Cancel the subscription for our product from there.
- If you used another payment method, such as a credit card :
- Log in to our website.
- Go to the Account menu.
- Select My Licenses and click on Manage Subscriptions.
- You will be taken to a page where you can cancel your rental licenses.
