Refunds 

We have a no-refund policy, except in cases where a license has been acquired for the wrong product, a payment is made in error or there are issues with the payment transaction.

If you accidentally purchase a license for the wrong product, we can transfer your license to the correct one. Please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase to initiate the transfer.

Refunds for renewals of rental licenses made in error (e.g., if a user no longer needs it and forgot about the subscription) can be issued if you contact us Immediately after you realize the mistake. Please note that refunds are limited to the most recent payment only. We cannot provide refunds for rental licenses in other circumstances.
