Reseller Guidelines 

We welcome resellers to help us promote, distribute, and support our products to all world-wide markets. We offer our products to resellers at a discounted price and in exchange there are a few guidelines which we require our resellers to abide by.

If you want to become our partner and cannot abide by some of these guidelines we will not be able to accept you as a reseller. If you do become our partner and we discover that your company stops following one or more of these guidelines we will discontinue our business relationship until the guidelines are followed again. We reserve the right to terminate a relationship with a reseller at any moment.

 

Value Added Reselling 

You are required to provide some value in exchange for your reseller discount. The added value can take many forms, however, generally the following should be done:
  • A page on your website dedicated to our product(s), including information about these products and a link back to our website where users can learn more about them (for example, to our documentation pages).
  • The aforementioned product page needs to be appealing in design and not have any broken links or images
  • For international resellers, translated detailed information about our products and some basic documentation
  • Links to the aforementioned product page from your website's main page or menu
  • News updated about our products, for example when new versions come out. These don't need to be frequent but some mention of new releases is needed.

In exchange for linking to us we will also link back to your website from our website's resellers page.

 

No Price Fixing 

You are not allowed to agree with other vendors about prices for our products.
