Rendering with Arnold 

Ornatrix supports rendering hair with Arnold for Cinema4D plugin. No special steps are required for rendering hair with Arnold, all Ornatrix hair will appear inside rendered view.

 

Requirements 

Make sure to get the latest supported version of C4DtoA plugin from Arnold's website.

The following versions of C4DtoA plugin are used for following supported Cinema 4D versions:

• Ornatix C4D R21+: C4DtoA 4.0.1
• Ornatix C4D R20: C4DtoA 3.1.1.0
• Ornatix C4D R19: C4DtoA 3.0.3.1

Note: Ornatrix does not support rendering hair with Arnold in Cinema 4D R23.

 

Installation 

Ornatrix C4D Arnold plugin is automatically installed by the installer, no additional steps are necessary. The following file is copied into C4D's installation path:

• <c4droot>/plugins/Ornatrix/OrnatrixArnoldTranslator.xdl64
