Maya hangs on shut down 

Maya 2017 and earlier may freeze when closed if Ornatrix is loaded on Windows. This happens if Maya is started via command line as opposed to directly. It happens only on Windows. This is due to a bug in Maya which does not shut down .NET CLR properly causing it to hang. Maya 2018 and newer do not appear to have this bug.
